Jenks Miller lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He records music under his own name and as Horseback (Relapse Records, Hydra Head, Three Lobed, Utech, Aurora Borealis, Turgid Animal, etc.), and is a founding member, songwriter and guitar player in the band Mount Moriah (Merge Records, Holidays for Quince). He has also played on, produced, recorded and/or mixed a number of records for other bands.
